140g Queal Banana Mania Athletic

100g quark (cottage cheese)

1 whole banana

1 tbsp (30g) 100% peanut butter

200-300ml cold water

Preparation

  1. Freeze a very ripe banana overnight (best to pre-peel&chop it). For easy mixing, let it sit outside the fridge for 30 minutes before mixing. (The freezing is optional but is darn tasty)

  2. In a blender, mix together the Queal, banana, quark, peanut butter, and water.

  3. Enjoy!
