Ingredients

85g Queal Super Strawberry Standard

1 banana (frozen overnight)

100g strawberries

1 tbsp (14g) chia seeds

350ml (alternative) milk

Preparation

  1. Freeze a very ripe banana overnight (best to pre-peel&chop it). For easy mixing, let it sit outside the fridge for 30 minutes before mixing. (The freezing is optional but is darn tasty)

  2. In a blender, mix together the Queal, banana, strawberries, and milk.

  3. Sprinckle with chia seeds

  4. Enjoy!
