Preparation

  1. Put 5 scoops of Queal Steady Standard, a teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt in a bowl and add 120 milliliters of water. Optionally, you could add some (extra) cinnamon to the batter.

  2. Mix well and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes.

  3. Pour (a) little heap(s) of your pancake batter in the pan and wait until the edges look cooked and there are little holes appearing in the middle.

  4. Flip the pancake(s) and cook for an additional 1 or 2 minutes.

  5. Repeat last two steps.

  6. Optionally, you could make a stack out of the pancakes and top them with maple syrup and some crushed (roasted) walnuts.

  7. Serve warm, sit down and enjoy!

  8. When done, let cool down for a little while and enjoy!
