125g of Queal Limited Edition Subtle Strawberry Cheesecake
125g digestive cookies
100g unsalted butter
500g quark + 100g whipped cream or 600g cream cheese
200g white bastard sugar
125g sour cream
1 stick of vanilla or 1 bag of vanilla sugar
250g (frozen) strawberries

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees C and cover a spring form (of about 24 cm) with baking paper.
Grind the digestive biscuits in a food processor.
Melt the butter on a low heat fire.
Mix the Queal, digestive cookies, and butter.
Divide the mixture over the bottom of the spring form and press it well with the back of a spoon.
Put the bottom in the oven for about 10 minutes and let it cool down afterwards.
Mix together the whipped cream (whip this first), quark, sugar, sour cream, eggs, vanilla, and the juice and rasp of the lemon.

Bake the cheesecake in about 50 minutes until golden brown and cooked in the oven.
Let it cool down for a while (in the fridge).
Cut the strawberries in pieces and add them to the top of the cake.
