Super Strawberry Smoothie
"This delicious smoothie is made with Super Strawberry and milk, combined with a banana, some frozen strawberries, and chia seeds! A perfect way to start your day or to make your Queal even more nutritious. Of course, you can add any fruits you want."
Ingredients
SERVINGS 1- 85g Queal Steady Super Strawberry Standard
- 1 banana (frozen overnight)
- 100g strawberries
- 1 tbsp (14g) chia seeds
- 350ml (alternative) milk
Preparation
- Freeze a very ripe banana overnight (best to pre-peel&chop it). For easy mixing, let it sit outside the fridge for 30 minutes before mixing. (The freezing is optional but is darn tasty)
- In a blender, mix together the Queal, banana, strawberries, and milk.
- Sprinckle with chia seeds
- Enjoy!
