Rich Roasted Apple Pancakes

Ingredients
SERVINGS 1- 167g Queal Steady Standard Rich Roasted Apple
- 120ml water
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- pinch of salt
Preparation
- Put 5 scoops of Queal Steady Standard, a teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt in a bowl and add 120 milliliters of water. Optionally, you could add some (extra) cinnamon to the batter.
- Mix well and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Pour (a) little heap(s) of your pancake batter in the pan and wait until the edges look cooked and there are little holes appearing in the middle.
- Flip the pancake(s) and cook for an additional 1 or 2 minutes.
- Repeat last two steps.
- Optionally, you could make a stack out of the pancakes and top them with maple syrup and some crushed (roasted) walnuts.
- Serve warm, sit down and enjoy!
- When done, let cool down for a little while and enjoy!
