Queal Chocolate Cake

"Who says no to a fluffy slice of chocolate cake, especially when it has real chips in it? No one, right? Definitely not our healthiest CookingNerds recipe, but surely a good one! "

Ingredients

  • 200g Steady Standard Cool Chocolate
  • 200g (granulated) sugar
  • 20g cocoa powder
  • 75g (plant-based) milk
  • 125ml vegetable oil
  • 4 medium eggs
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C or 390F.
  2. Slightly grease your cake mold.
  3. In the meantime, grease a the springform or breakfast bowl.
  4. In your mixing bowl, combine the sugar, oil and salt and mix for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the eggs one by one. If all eggs are mixed, then use a spatula to whisk in the Steady, baking powder, cacao and milk.
  6. If everything is mixed well, add the chocolate chips and gently fold them into the batter.
  7. Pour your batter into the cake mold and put it in the oven for about 60 minutes.
  8. When a toothpick comes out clean, your cake is ready!
  9. Let it cool down for a while, slice and enjoy!
