Queal Chocolate Cake
"Who says no to a fluffy slice of chocolate cake, especially when it has real chips in it? No one, right? Definitely not our healthiest CookingNerds recipe, but surely a good one! "
Ingredients
SERVINGS 1- 200g Steady Standard Cool Chocolate
- 200g (granulated) sugar
- 20g cocoa powder
- 75g (plant-based) milk
- 125ml vegetable oil
- 4 medium eggs
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- pinch of salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200C or 390F.
- Slightly grease your cake mold.
- In the meantime, grease a the springform or breakfast bowl.
- In your mixing bowl, combine the sugar, oil and salt and mix for about 5 minutes.
- Add the eggs one by one. If all eggs are mixed, then use a spatula to whisk in the Steady, baking powder, cacao and milk.
- If everything is mixed well, add the chocolate chips and gently fold them into the batter.
- Pour your batter into the cake mold and put it in the oven for about 60 minutes.
- When a toothpick comes out clean, your cake is ready!
- Let it cool down for a while, slice and enjoy!
