A Power Shake like no other

"I made this shake before a very long obstacle run, it's safe to say that I finished it!"

Ingredients

  • 140g Queal Steady Banana Mania Athletic
  • 100g quark (cottage cheese)
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1 tbsp (30g) 100% peanut butter
  • 200-300ml cold water

Preparation

  1. Freeze a very ripe banana overnight (best to pre-peel&chop it). For easy mixing, let it sit outside the fridge for 30 minutes before mixing. (The freezing is optional but is darn tasty)
  2. In a blender, mix together the Queal, banana, quark, peanut butter, and water.
  3. Enjoy!
