A Power Shake like no other
"I made this shake before a very long obstacle run, it's safe to say that I finished it!"
Ingredients
SERVINGS 1- 140g Queal Steady Banana Mania Athletic
- 100g quark (cottage cheese)
- 1 whole banana
- 1 tbsp (30g) 100% peanut butter
- 200-300ml cold water
Preparation
- Freeze a very ripe banana overnight (best to pre-peel&chop it). For easy mixing, let it sit outside the fridge for 30 minutes before mixing. (The freezing is optional but is darn tasty)
- In a blender, mix together the Queal, banana, quark, peanut butter, and water.
- Enjoy!
