Airy Chocolate Hazelnut Brownie

"Worlds easiest and fluffiest brownies, just 3 ingredients and you’re good to go."

Ingredients

  • 1 whole bag of Queal Steady Hazelnut Happiness Vegan (or Standard)
  • 1,5 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 500ml water

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Mix the Queal with water.
  3. Add the baking soda and acid, whisk again.
  4. Put the batter in a (greased or non-stick) brownie tin and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until sides start to pull away. If the top is getting a little too dark but the middle is not ready yet, cover loosely with aluminum foil to prevent burning.
  6. Let cool, slice and enjoy!
