Airy Chocolate Hazelnut Brownie

Ingredients
SERVINGS 1- 1 whole bag of Queal Steady Hazelnut Happiness Vegan (or Standard)
- 1,5 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 500ml water
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Mix the Queal with water.
- Add the baking soda and acid, whisk again.
- Put the batter in a (greased or non-stick) brownie tin and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until sides start to pull away. If the top is getting a little too dark but the middle is not ready yet, cover loosely with aluminum foil to prevent burning.
- Let cool, slice and enjoy!
